They have been great but because of some un expected financial stress I am not able to have them check it this year called and told them didn't matter.

I am sorry you are having hard times but if the termite bonds aren't paid by the end of the month that they are due in which yours was due in June then we have to cancel them. We can't hold termite bonds open until they get paid. Their is an expiration date of when they are due and we have to run our business accordingly. Once again I do sympathize with your financial issues and I am sorry you were treated without sympathy because that is not how we intended it. Thank you
