I wish I could rate their service but unfortunately nobody ever showed up for our appointment. Me and my wife were needing an inspection on a home we are thinking of purchasing. I called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment, I was given no confirmation and no option for a courtesy call/text when they were on the way to the appointment. On the day of the appointment we were given a 3pm-4:30pm window of time. My wife sat in her car at the house from 3 to 4:30pm and nobody came. I called

If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! We called them out to do an inspection on our home and to start services for rodents and insects. I had to travel for work, so my wife was home to meet with them. They came in and after 2 hours began to tell my wife how horrible everything was and how bad our insulation was and we needed to hire them to replace our insulation. (Even though we just bought this house with a VA Loan and the inspection revealed exactly the opposite)
