Unfortunately, this service was horrible. I was home alone with my infant son and the entire time I was addressed as “babe” I did not have a particular problem however I started having what looked like nats appear, I let the tech know this, and he promised what he was laying down they would be gone for sure. I had them come out for a rat problem I had they did not inspect my whole house like they said. They laid a couple rat traps out. I caught one the same night. They said it’s hard to get someone back out on the same day. I could leave it until they came back out which would’ve been almost a week, so I guess leave a rotting rat in the trap. I called and spoke to a supervisor. They absolutely did nothing about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. So I basically paid $256 for absolutely n
