Extremely happy with my home inspection...the service tech arrived 15 minutes early and was able to help me locate the hole in which the ants were coming in. We were able to patch the hole and get the house treated in minimal time..outstanding customer service Groover Exterminating went above and beyond..highly recommended

Called for an urgent evaluation. It took them for days to return the call and then when I explain to them that I was all set because I had gotten someone to respond sooner the generals rather rude, which makes me feel that if I ever needed another exterminator I would not call them smarten up quit being jerks and just treat your customers nicely whether they’re gonna be a customer now or maybe later they learn a lesson you just lost a customer and probably others because you’re acting like a jerk on the phone.

They are extremely knowledge.

Horrible experience. Never resolved the issue. We had just moved here and every time I called to update on the pest problems the service tech that treated our home previously was no longer with them which I was told that was why we still had the pest problems. Being a retired Military wife I have lived all over and never had the problems with roaches and mice as I have here. I am a very clean person and I truly feel we wasted our money. Never in my 40 years of being an adult have I ever had this problem. Sal even scheduled appointments of which he didn't show. Very disappointed!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! if I can give this company 0 stars I'll give it negative 5. First I had terminex do a check and they tell me the house is infested. Then we have "Sal" from groover check and he says oh it's not bad. He's lazy he set an appointment to do the treatment then cancels and calls me a liar says he never scheduled for the date. Then when he does come to treat he sprays a little and leaves then says he couldn't do HIS JOB because we didn't "prep" right. Absolute horrible service from beginning till end he's lazy over priced and very disrespectful. I will not recommend to anyone. Going to terminex now.
