The job is always good and I don't have a issue that isn't taken care of quickly

The technician was very professional, friendly, and very informative. He went over everything. He showed me what he was doing and where he was spraying, gave us an extensive “Florida bug”education and how we could help to control them and where they lived within our home, and how they get in through the windows, door cracks, etc. he was super!

Charles is always so good, letting us know he is here and what he’ll be doing as well as if we have any issues we are dealing with. Great Customer service

Charlie was amazing brought me around my house on the exterior and explained all that was going to be done!! We have a severe fire ant problem and now all seems great!!! Highly recommend Choice Pest Management

Always professional and knowledgeable. Charles explains exactly what he is doing. Always willing to answer questions. He comes every other month but if there is a problem he is out by the next day at the latest. Highly recommend them. Also, the woman who answers the calls does a super job, always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I moved here about a year ago and had a swarm of flying ants around my patio. I called Choice, they responded and came out the next day. They let me know that the swarm was not an immediate concern. I ended up contracting them for regular service. Always prompt, professional, honest and keep my place free of pests. And I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers above, Charles is the man!

Repeatedly asked visiting technician about noise beneath modular home; one time he said iguanas; 6 months later he said squirrels; never did anything about either problem and seemed scared to try. Will not be using their services further. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

The only pest control company I will use. Tried a few others. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Their technician (Charlie) does my home. Such a great guy. I highly recommend this company.

We used Bill for over a decade and he was punctual, up front and honest. We had excellent service from him but when he sold the business to the new owner in 2021, we became very disenchanted. New owner doesn’t respond and since he took over, got high-end homes in his book of business, he totally turned his back on the smaller customers. I wouldn’t take him as our exterminator even if HE paid us.

The owner Bill Forte came out in September of 2019 and treated one vehicle and the home. He claimed his work was guaranteed. The issue persisted and spread to a new vehicle in the home. When he was called back out he refused to cover the new vehicle that was infested due to the original job not being resolved. He stated "there is no guarantee when treating a vehicle and if I wanted to go elsewhere I could." On top of giving a false "guarantee" he was unkind. This owner clearly does not care about losing business over $50. Even if the problem does persist, I will not be calling his company back.
