The owner Bill Forte came out in September of 2019 and treated one vehicle and the home. He claimed his work was guaranteed. The issue persisted and spread to a new vehicle in the home. When he was called back out he refused to cover the new vehicle that was infested due to the original job not being resolved. He stated "there is no guarantee when treating a vehicle and if I wanted to go elsewhere I could." On top of giving a false "guarantee" he was unkind. This owner clearly does not car

Sorry for the bad experience
I moved here about a year ago and had a swarm of flying ants around my patio. I called Choice, they responded and came out the next day. They let me know that the swarm was not an immediate concern. I ended up contracting them for regular service. Always prompt, professional, honest and keep my place free of pests. And I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers above, Charles is the man!

I called Bug Assassin for a full treatment on new construction. It was overrun by ants, there were lots of spiders, and the palmetto bugs came out at night. I was scheduled in quickly and received a very thorough treatment before my move-in date. He pointed out problem areas and places that needed to be sealed better. Great service!! Thank you!!
Fantastic husband and wife team! They have taken care of our termite sprays for us for years now. I have used many other vendors in the past and none have ever gave us the quality of service we get with Bug Assasin! Highly recommend you save yourself the time and effort of shopping around for pest control and set up your next service with them.
I have used Bug Assassin for almost a year now and I still give them 5 stars. They show up exactly when scheduled and I have not seen a bug in my house since I started using their services. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly and very thorough every time. Love them.
