This guy is top notch. He will take extra time to get the job done. He took care of my rental property when my last tenant got it infested with rats. No complaints. He will come back as many times as needed.

Mike's pest control has always gone above and beyond for my family. He gets the job done and has been the only one I call for the last 5 years.

🔍 Overcharging & Poor Inspection – We paid $700 for termite inspection and treatment and $375 for annual treatment. Before moving in, he was supposed to check for rats, termites, cockroaches, and other pests. His report stated the home was clear, yet upon move-in, we found a dead rat indoors and multiple chewed holes in the walls—none of which he warned us about. 🕷️ Delayed & Ineffective Pest Control – He failed to place cockroach traps until months later, and when we pointed out they weren’t catching anything, he insisted the “fumes” were still working. Eight months later, he still hasn’t switched them out despite repeated requests. 🐀 Rat Traps & Mismanagement – Despite paying for an annual inspection, he only placed rat traps months after we reported activity in the walls. Even then, he admitted the traps were ineffective due to ants—but never addressed the ant issue either. ⚠️ Health Hazards & Neglect – A bad odor from the pantry revealed rats had died in a trap I set myself. He advised against disturbing their usual paths—but why let them rot? My wife couldn’t even enter the kitchen due to the smell. When asked to remove the carcasses, he never came. 💀 Dead Animal Crisis – Months later, a strong decomposing smell came through the vents. My kids suffered hives and coughing from the ammonia fumes. Despite multiple calls, I couldn’t reach him. When he finally showed up, he said, “There’s nothing we can do—just let it decompose.” His job is literally pest removal. Out of frustration, I had to go under the house myself. 📞 Final Disappointment – As our renewal date approached, I reported loud banging under the master bedroom tub, likely from a larger animal. He ignored my messages completely. After paying nearly $1,000, I realize I should have just handled the pest removal myself—because I ended up doing most of it anyway. Would not recommend.

In my opinion, Michael did an excellent job. They were very thorough and their application for termite control. It was done very good in my opinion and at a fair price.
