We've been long-standing customers with Advantage green and the technicians have done a great job with our lawn. However the office personnel need to learn proper etiquette when dealing with customers. Very disappointed in a conversation that we have had now more than once with Advantage green office staff. This company should be investigated. Six months of coming to my property and spending about 5 - 10 min on the visit. I thought I was quick but I figured your the experts. A few hundreds later, the next guy took 45 min and showed results (told me the last guy is not with them anymore I see why). I wasted my money for the first 6 months. Knowing this I choose a more trust worthy company.

simple request of prior notification was apparently too difficult for the front office to remember, even though it was clearly listed on every invoice...money was not the issue, professionalism was. went to another service provider and paying more but at least they contact first...someone please tell me how hard is it to send an auto-text or vm??
