We had a very bad experience with Turner Pest Control. They repeatedly missed scheduled service appointments without any notice. Instead of coming on the agreed date, they would show up a day later or whenever they wanted, often during our business hours while customers were dining in the restaurant. We clearly told their technician that chemical spraying cannot be done while guests are eating, which is unsafe and unacceptable for a restaurant. The technician left, but they still sent us a bill

I purchased this service in July to combat the cockroaches in my apartment (we keep it very clean yet couldn't get rid of them).
