I have not had a very good experience with Orkin. I’ve been dealing with them for three months to get rid of a rodent problem. It first started off where I never received a service ticket on what was done and I had to call 3 to 4 times to get it as they had my wrong email. I then talked to a manager about issues that I was having and he did not get back to me because he was on vacation and then the Regional manager never got back to me manager never got back to me. Just the absolute worst. This place gave my elderly mother the run around. They didn't do what they were supposed to initially and rats got back in, and they attempted to charge 500 dollars to fix something they were supposed to do the first time and simply didn't. I had service for a year. Took a while to get down to stop a problem but that’s to be expected, that being said they have serious turnover issues. I’ve only had 12 months of service and I’ve had to reexplain the property 3x now. Each time the technician has no notes or transfer of knowledge and I don’t want a random person showing up. It would be more professional if orkin could notify customers, especially that technicians quit so we can be prepared for a random to enter the property. Why
