Hay I read the reviews and I knew this is who I needed,thay showed up on time and I went to work came back he was gone so were the bugs, We should call him the bed bug pied piper. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. We live in a Bradenton and our neighbors had a bad infestation that went on for years. We hired them to do a heat treatment for us and our neighbor and all the bugs were completely killed after the first attempt. I’m so happy we found them. They really took their time to assess the problem and didn’t overcharge us either. They even offered multiple discounts to us for getting the neighbor to agree to the treatment as well. I don’t know where we would be if we didn’t find this company.

I reached out to this company because I had blood spots and bites all over my arms. The girls in the office were very helpful.. I also contacted other companies and they said yes it was bedbug activity.. I went with BBE. Because of all the wonderful reviews, I trusted that this process would work… $3300 and I let them heat treat my house. Praying that I would wake up without the little blood spots on my sheets and the bites on my arms.. That was NOT the case. The one and done did not work.. I was hoping it was a few stragglers, but here we are almost 4 weeks later.. They also came back and sprayed……Still to this day, have NEW blood spots on my bed and continue to get bit daily .. I send the company pictures and they tell me no it’s not bedbugs. Maybe I have a bloody nose or maybe I nicked myself somewhere but the spots are all the same small red blood spots. I’ve asked them to Please do the heat treatment again. But they just keep telling me. That it is not bedbugs.. You would think the first heat treatment would kill whatever it is(Bedbugs) but it did not and I’m still living with this problem. I have asked for a partial refund so I could find someone that can deal with this problem. They say no and then the other breath they’ll say that they guarantee their work but yet they won’t come out and do another heat treatment.. It’s very hard to believe that all these reviews are true. I did not want to write this review but I have no choice. I’m out $3300 and I still have the bedbugs… …

At 140F everything in your home died, but other bugs can easily re-enter your home. We would like nothing more than to help you, we would come to your home TODAY and retreat it, if you sent us a picture of a bed bug. The problem is there are no bed bugs in your home. We are the second company that has gone down this path with you. We have communicated with you constantly for the last 5 weeks. Even after your negative review, we will honor our guarantee and come retreat your home, if you send us evidence of bed bugs. We cannot kill non existent bed bugs.
I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable, thorough, and polite the representative was during my first call, which is exactly why I chose this company. When the technician arrived, he was just as friendly, professional, and well-informed. He completed the service with great attention to detail, and I’m truly glad we went with them. The process takes time and isn’t cheap, but when it comes to bed bugs—one of the toughest pests to eliminate—it was absolutely worth it. I’m relieved it’s finally over and extremely satisfied with the results.

They did an amazing and outstanding job with the extermination today at my house. I am so happy he came to help me get rid of those bed bugs. This is not a small task, they work very hard for an entire day moving heavy equipment inside the home, run it for many hours and then remove it all. Found a live bug a few days after, but that was the last. Finally free of Bed Bugs.

We had a really wonderful experience with this company. We called them concerned that we had bed bugs and Chase drove over 4 hour later to come and check for us. Turns out we did have bed bugs and we were able to set up an appointment right away! Chase retunred came to our rescue and was the one who performed the service.
