Locally owned company in Pasco county. Aaron and Bill were prompt, respectful and did a great job with the pest control. They addressed all of my concerns. They have a once a year guaranteed service which is not harmful to pets or humans.

Bill is the best! I called one day, and he was here the next with his team. I only see dead bugs now, and not many. So relieved that I don’t have to do this myself any longer. Pricing is reasonable. I will continue to use his service annually. Thank you!

Top Notch Service. We have been using Natural Choice for years and they have been nothing but exceptional. Once a year, and if you see a bug or get those small ants they come right back out to take care of it free of charge. Highly recommended pest control in Pasco County.

Wm. Babbino, the founder of Natural Choice Pest Control, is unprofessional, acts like he's doing you a favor to come to your house, does NOT return voicemails, then called us liars, saying we didn't leave the voicemails! (really?), says he doesn't know how to treat certain insects, has to research it, then NEVER gets back to you. Natural Choice has ripped my family off two times now. Gave him a second chance and he repeated the same ripoff tactic again - refusing to treat an area when we were still under contract, and attempted to collect ANOTHER $250 before our contract expired. Last time I checked, that's called ripping people off! Copped a terrible NY attitude and refused to communicate. RUN from this company and use one that actually has customer service, follow up, and doesn't call their customers liars! Always out of town, too far to drive to Palm Harbor to come for included follow-up service. Too bad! That's called doing business. Do yourself a favor and find another company that has professionalism, follow up, social skills, and communicates well. The second chance we gave Mr. Babbino was one too many. People don't change.
