I have asked on multiple occasions to have appointments scheduled and instead get a call around 630pm the night before that they are showing up the next day and don't know what time. This is not proper notice nor the way an appointment is scheduled. I purchased for my mother in law a 1 year subscription and paid for the entire year upfront. I asked them to give atleast 24 hour notice so that she can be home to have him spray inside also. They always sent me a text in the middle of the night before he was coming. He’d spray the outside only and wack a broom around and leave. He did not kill anything inside!
