We had signs of a termite problem and asked for some recommendations on Facebook and ultimately decided to use A+ lawn and pest. So glad we did, such nice people and great service! They were very knowledgeable in what they do, and answered all the questions we have. Definitely recommend them for any pest control needs.

Easy scheduling, straight forward price, no BS. Thank you for quality service! Looking forward to greener grass. Update service. Have been using for 6+ months. Yard still is full of weeds. I will say the mosquito is gone. Hired to get rid of sub terrain termites which came with a warranty. I ended up cancelling my mosquito/weed treatment. With me canceling those services they decided to cancel my warranty on the sub terrain termites which was a completely different service that I paid around 1,000$ for.

Do Not hire this company unless you are looking to destroy your beautiful St Augustine lawn. The owner of this business has an extreme lack of knowledge of the business. When my lawn started to deteriorate I called the owner, he came out and said it was a fungus. Three weeks later when the lawn didn’t improve he came back out and at that point said it was bugs. He told us not to remove the thatch from the lawn. The Fl. Extension center said the number one thing to do is remove the thatch. This is just one example of the fact that the owner does not know what he’s doing. Take a look at the photos that follow that show the horrific conditions of my lawn. Damage is so severe that I will need to sod the property at a huge expense to me.

I thought this company was great I thought Dan was great then suddenly I got told find someone else for service, because their last service at our home we were still having issues I was promised a refund and never got a refund, I am so disappointed in this company amd warn others they don't stick by the word of guarenteed satisfaction... we were loyal a whole year then they dropped us and ghosted all our text, calls and everything I wish there was a high manager I'm still trying to get my money back!

Dan Flowers the owner of this company seemed to be a real nice guy. We moved to New Port Richey in 2020 and started using Dan’s service because he was a Golden Acres Resident. He serviced our house inside & out and was a very nice guy ! We even started to begin a personal friendship (so I thought) along with the other members of my family who got to know Dan. Then I started a Handyman business and was asking him about advertising he told me he gets into neighborhood Facebook groups and says he lives in the neighborhood to get customers in neighborhoods where he wants to work. I questioned that but it went one ear out the other. So now UNFORTUNATELY we had to moved again so I thought I would give Dan and the other service company’s we used the heads up prior to listing the house. Well the pool guy, the lawn maintenance co., & maid service are ALL working for the new owner ! BUT DAN GHOSTED US ‼️ never herd from him again and I just don’t get it. Very POOR way to run a business and it makes him NOT MUCH OF A MAN EITHER ‼️‼️‼️

How anyone can have a company that behaves the way they do and have any customers is beyond me. Total joke. I called on Friday morning June 16 and was told they could come out and start service that day or on Saturday. Latest was Monday if weather was poor. By Wednesday I was concerned and called. The guy said that he just forgot about me and was sorry. I was annoyed but things happen and so I asked when he could come. He said he could come out on Friday so I said ok. When he was confirming he said they will be out Friday the 7th. I’m like the 7th? Today is June 21. Do you mean July 7 because I don’t want to wait that long. He said he was looking at the wrong calendar and thought Friday was the 7th. and wouldn’t be able to come out for a long time. Dude can’t even get his days straight and forgets about appointments. I do NOT recommend that you use this company. Clearly very unreliable and he told me to go ahead and leave a bad review so here it is. Too many people out there that know what day it is and are willing to work.

Was looking for a new pest control service. Contacted A+ about pricing and was greeted by a rude response. Business owner Daniel Flowers chose to block instead of explain what is included in the $65 price tag. Very unprofessional.
