He's turned a dried out brown lawn into a beautiful green landscape. Thank you Josh, and thank you Grass Monkey. Absolutely fantastic job by Ronnie. He took the time to explain to me the condition of my Queen Palm following the cold spell and offered advice and assistance with aiding in its recovery. The personal touch - don't get any better than that. Thank you Ronnie for the great service, and thank you Grass Monkey.

I like this company very much and do their level best to keep the customer satisfied and I appreciated that, but I cannot say the same for the technician who services my account. He has no personality, he's far from being pleasant, and is hesitant to answer any question I might ask him. Definitely not a good representation of this company.

I’m very disappointed with the service from this lawn care company. I hired them to treat and maintain my lawn, but despite paying for regular treatments, my grass has now died due to a pest infestation that should have been identified and treated early. What’s even more concerning is that my neighbor, who also uses this company, is experiencing the exact same issue with their lawn. That suggests this isn’t just an isolated situation. When you trust a lawn care service, you expect them to monitor lawn health and address problems like pests before they destroy your grass. Unfortunately, that clearly didn’t happen.

Grass monkey has been great. They also are only as good as the employee that services your lawn. If the technician cares about his quality of work, then you have a beautiful lawn. If that technician does not care, then your lawn goes too. I’ve had great techs and now have one that doesn’t care. Doesn’t apply enough product and doesn’t do my entire property. Didn’t even open my fence gate.

Don’t waste your time with this company. 11 long years with this company . Stupid me try’s to help out small businesses and they got me. Always different technicians with no training or experience with weeds. Everytime there was a lawn problem they blamed me for over watering or under watering. It was never there fault always mine. I reached out to the service manager recently and he was so nasty. I kept the nasty degrading texts from him. Don’t worry this isn’t over. Then I called when I had problems to speak to the owner Devin and he always seemed to be in meeting he never wants to deal with the customers. I’ve called several times. Devin has no clue as to how his company is being run. In the past they would leave my gates open and my dogs would get out. There’s times I watch my cameras and the tech never sprayed the whole lawn and Austin would say I trust my techs they wouldn’t do that and when he watched it he was dump founded. So don’t wastes your money on this company. My neighbors are firing them too.

I called yesterday to ask them about their services and I told them I wanted my lawn treated for insects and the guy told me that they don't do single applications because it doesn't work; so he basically told me that their products don't work omg

I am very disappointed with the results of your lawn care service. When I signed up, I was promised greener, healthier grass, but instead, my lawn is full of weeds and patchy areas. From the photos, it is clear that the grass is not being properly fertilized or treated, and weed control is ineffective. The sections along the curb and sidewalk are heavily infested with weeds, and the grass looks weak and uneven. This is not what I expected after paying for professional lawn care. My lawn should look better under your care, but instead, it has declined. It seems like the treatments being applied are either inconsistent, the wrong products are being used, or the applications are not being done correctly. I am not seeing the results I was promised or paying for.

****Grass Monkeys standard line is “customer is not watering enough….drought conditions”. NOT TRUE. Keep your money. Do your own treatments. This company “treated” my lawn for 7 months. Their treatment did not kill the sedge grass weeds. In fact the sedge grass thrived & multiplied during that time. One treatment of Sedgehammer did the trick & killed the sedge grass! So for a $20 packet of Sedgehammer vs $50 a month to Grass Monkey ????….That’s a no brainer. Keep your $$. Use Sedgehammer. Also use Scott’s Turf builder 2x a year. My lawn is gorgeous now. And at a fraction of the Grass monkey cost!!

The grass monkey vehicle #7 just cut me off and is driving like a maniac down little road. I was considering using them as I have seen their vehicles in my neighborhood but after today that won’t happen. Potential customers see your carelessness on the road and can assume that is how you treat the work you do. Do better!

I am not one to leave reviews but I will just say if I could leave negative stars I would. Grass Monkey is not what they used to be. When I began with them several years ago my grass looked amazing, for years. It was always near perfection. I have no idea what happened but their service and dedication to their customers has hit rock bottom. It has been on a steady decline for a few years. I have never had worse looking grass. I am on the 3rd time of having to completely replace an entire patch of dead grass in my yard. Every year, at some point, they have somehow managed to destroy a massive patch of grass, costing us well over $1000 each time. Do you think they contributed to the cost of replacement? Nope. I brought my most recent issue to my techs attention and I received a full on a lecture about the issue and had to listen to how he has a degree in turf management from Penn State University and that he knows what he is doing and he would address it promptly. Well, that was about 6-8 weeks ago and it's completely dead now. These kids have earbuds in through every application and do not pay attention to anything. They do not treat any issues or weeds you may have, all they do is the bare minimum. If you do not run outside and catch them all you get is a quick spray and go and sometimes they don't even treat the entire yard. You need to check your cameras if you have them because they will spot spray the front because most people have a Ring camera nowadays and they keep moving. When I called to cancel not a single person even cared that I was canceling or even why. We have been loyal customers for years, giving chance after chance because I know what the company was once capable of. Don't think they will place an ounce of value in your loyalty. If you care about your lawn, look for a small business that actually cares about their reputation.

Well what can I say I had a guy name Matt turn my grass arround was looking great 4 years with same tech...than they gave me a new guy tyler...had chich bugs move in took a big spot in back lawn trust me I was saying things about way my lawn was looking 2 months ago last month had to call office they sent guy out sprayed heavy on lawn kill what was eating it...but than fungus I talk to tyler again showing him going off on him was wrong on my part...but my lawn was showing signs of stress and fungus...so no more ...got riding mower can use it cause it screwing with grass...used the old honda...mean time costing me plenty to try and save my lawn...you need to teach your guys about pest and fungus...600 a year for what...thank you grass monkey

Destroyed half of my lawn. My grass had Chinch bug issue and the tech completely ignored it even though I told him to treat for it. He kept saying it was a watering issue even though I was watering enough and my sprinklers were working just fine. Fired these guys and hired a new company that applied chemicals to get rid of the Chinch. I have to replace the damaged grass that would cost me close to $3000. Stay away from these guys if you want a living and beautiful lawn.
