Wish I could give a positive review... scheduled an appointment.. I was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to arrival... NO CALL NO SHOW. Icalled to confirm their arrival.... no response.

I just had Emilio and Abraham by for a post tenting follow up termite inspection. They were on time and very conscientious with their shoe covers as they did a thorough inspection of our home. No activity was found which made us very happy with our choice of Quality Termite & Pest Control.

Emilio serviced my home yesterday and was very thorough, communicative, conscientious not to dirty floors. His customer service is excellent. This company has been very dependable throughout the 3 years I've used them for quarterly pest control services.

I saw a Cockroach in one of our closets and my husband called and Laz came out a day later to spray. He was on time, kind and professional. They were in and out and did a great job.

Ask for Lazaro Perez, our pest control technician; he is so thorough that our mice, cock roaches, and other critters run for their lives when he arrives. I highly recommend his work.

Hi Mr Cimeus, I left a message for you on Friday afternoon on your voicemail around 4 pm letting you know I was here until 5 pm and would return this morning at 800 am. It seems that the communication lines were crossed somewhere. This is not a usual practice for our office.
