Timothy did and excellent job. He was courteous, prompt, & professional. He explained everything included with the service and how long we should keep our pet away after service. I will definitely use the service again! Update as of March 12, 2026. After getting quotes from several companies on Termite Spraying in my attic, I decided to go with Bugstinct because of their great price and excellent customer service. JC came out and was very knowledgeable of the job and what to look for. He took pictures and showed me the damage (which the other companies failed to recognize). He completed the spraying and will come back after 6 months to inspect for any activity. I am very satisfied with his work and this company which is why I hired them for all my pest control needs.

I found this company of facebook. To be honest, I had started handling my own pest control. Unfortunately I wasn’t very good with keeping up with the spider webs. My technician’s name was Tim. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this company

JC was extremely professional and respectful. I'm typically skeptical about letting strangers in my home but we felt very comfortable and safe with JC. He explained the process and made it simple to understand. Bugstinct is deffinitely the company you want to call if you have undesired bugs invading your house.

This company is very thorough! Tim came out and probably spent 30-45 minutes treating the outside and inside of my home. He put booties on before entering, was very professional and explained exactly what would happen over the course of the next year. I am very glad I switched to Bugstinct and would highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with my technician Tim. He was already dusting cobwebs outside when he rang the doorbell. Very impressed that he started working prior to meeting me. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, the services they provide, and the work he was actively doing. He was able to work outside in the exterior before coming in with booties to keep my floors clean. Love that! He also serviced every interior room in the house.

Timothy came out for a follow up visit. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. The follow up visit was included for free as I have subscribed to their quarterly service. They are easy to work with and treated the exterior as well as interior.

It was indeed an Excellent Service with BUG STINCT. Tim the Technician was very professional,courteous and informative .. I liked the fact that he educated me on the process and the chemicals used how effective and safe it is for the pets and the baby home.He took his time and spayed the entire house inside rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, patios and outside around the house..
