Worst company. Terrible communication. Booked home service that they claim they offer from 7am-midnight. No one showed up for our appt even though I had booked it 8hrs prior and no one communicated with me that they weren’t coming. Multiple calls to find out what was going on and no call returned. Finally called again to get an update and they said they had no one at 7pm. I asked for a refund. Immediately called Lice Doctors and they had someone at our house in 90 minutes.

The girls that work in the different offices are very nice and pleasant.

The technicians at this location are wonderful, friendly and thorough. The management that runs the facilities is quite another. I have been a customer for years. Administration claims that the company switched systems approximately 6 months ago and my account ceased to exist. They claim that they cannot re-add my membership. Every time I call, they say it will be fixed very soon. I wonder if the owner of this business knows what is going on, how his business is being handled by either his administrative team or the company he choose to head his system transfer, and how much money he is loosing? I ask to speak to someone above the manager, but apparently no one can help me. I am hoping that the owner has access to this reviews and will reach out to me.

One star because of their business practices. Have use them in the past and they are effective, however, the prices have doubled in the last year and they don’t tell you that until you go to pay. Other more reasonable providers around for fair prices, especially if you have a bunch of kiddos. specifically the price for an adult treatment went from $95 in November 2019 to $185! this is for someone with a military buzz cut. that kind of a price increase needs to be disclosed especially to people who have taken memberships. Will be reviewing the membership contract to see if it allows for a doubling of prices without notifying members. In speaking to various people there, they couldn’t be less concerned whether people go back or not or and they seem to justify the price more than doubling to be perfectly normal.

Kedeisha and Diane were wonderful with myself and my daughters, performing screenings and treatment for the infected. It took the stress out of delousing! I would HIGHLY recommend this service!

Thankfully my daughter didn’t have anything but the ladies at the Plantation location were so nice, helpful and patient, and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I was relief of the negative results! We were very happy with their service!! I also have to give a great review to Christopher from the Lice Trooper call center, he went above and beyond to accommodate and help us with their rates. Way to go guys! Lice troopers saved my life!! I discovered that my daughter had lice! Not just a lite case...a severe case! I panicked and called them immediately! Keep in mind it was a Sunday. They were able to get us in that day. They treated her and myself and my other daughter because we had it too! They were very professional. They made my kids feel very comfortable because at that point they were feeling bad about themselves. The technicians took their time and made sure we were lice free by the end of our visit. The explained the membership program they have and I joined!! Hopefully we don’t need to use it but if we do it’s well worth it.... oh yea!! My older daughter who doesn’t live with us.. she’s at school, came home to visit. I told her we all had lice and she and her roommate should get checked. She went to a clinic in Boca close to her house. Yup! She had it too and she was treated..her roommate was told she didn’t.. long story short. They had a bad feeling when they left so I told them to get a second opinion at lice troopers. They were seen immediately and guess what?? Her roommate DID have it and my daughter STILL had it! Thank god for lice troopers!!

I am so absolutely grateful for Lice Troopers. The prices were very reasonable and the technicians were very nice. One hair treatment and they got them all! No nits or bugs after the one treatment. Definitely worth it!

I had to bring in my two daughters to get treated ages 9&4. The staff were knowledgeable as well as helpful. They were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I’m extremely pleased with the service and how they handled my daughters hair. It wasn’t as long as I thought it would be but they did their job and made them feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Scam, you don’t need a house cleaning from those guys. ... when I figured out from their main competitors and told them to cancel immediately they just hand up on me on the phone. How professional is that???

These ladies are the BEST!!!! My daughter with very think. long hair was sent home with lice and I made an attempt to get them out myself. After 3 treatments and thousands of comb throughs with the lice comb, I was out of my mind and unsuccessful. I booked the plantation lice troopers location, all 3 ladies there were amazing, it was clean and they did a great job. Its pricey but I may have been committed to an asylum had I not had this place.
