Well, I’d give them zero stars if I could, but at least they were nice on the phone. I canceled TruGreen in December and started with PIE. They came out and sprayed about an eighth of my yard in December due to the tech being afraid of the dog in my back door porch. So I called and explained he was locked up and can’t get off the porch. Although the service seems to be good and the folks are fine, their equipment isn't maintained very well or is very old. Pumps/compressors on the truck can be easily heard blocks away. First thing in the morning there's nothing quite like listening to an idling truck and pump equipment blasting noise throughout the neighborhood. I'm almost a quarter mile away and the noise woke me up. For the price paid, one would think they could afford to install quiet and efficient equipment on their trucks.

From the very beginning, my experience with Plant It Earth has been extremely disappointing. The initial service was done incorrectly, and months later there is still no resolution. Issues have repeatedly fallen through the cracks, supervisors fail to return calls, and there is a clear lack of follow-through. They continue to send out inexperienced technicians who have no idea what they are doing, which only makes the problems worse instead of fixing them. Plus it is a new tech every time. The
