Absolutely professional! Wonderful job, and we have cats so it's super reassuring hearing the policy of no poison. I really hate to "take out" the little guys, but they're not safe to have, and it's quite nice knowing that we're patched up and don't have even go there in the future. I totally want to let nature thrive, but not anything that could actually be detrimental, and certainly not in our home! Thank you Alex for all of the visits and work! I thought I might have rats in my garage (I didn’t) after Alex came out and did the inspection. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my house and garage. He had great suggestions on how I could improve the exterior to make sure mice, rats 🐀 and other animals couldn’t gain access to the interior. Reasonably priced inspection and was able to come out within a day of me calling. So grateful to have found this company. Will never call anyone else for this type of service. Thank you Alex! All Pro Wildlife, LLC - A Lifesaver! I can't say enough good things about All Pro Wildlife, LLC and Cisco, who has been an absolute gem! We recently moved into a house that had several issues, including some major ones related to wildlife, which neither the inspector nor the previous homeowner disclosed. We were in over our heads, but Cisco came to the rescue. From the start, Cisco's knowledge, professionalism, and dedication were clear. He went above and beyond, helping us address the wildlife issues with ease and expertise. He made what seemed like an overwhelming situation feel manageable and actually saved us from what could have been much worse. I would absolutely hire Cisco again if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation (although, fingers crossed, we won't need to!). His assistance has been invaluable, and I can't recommend All Pro Wildlife enough for anyone facing wildlife problems in their home. We had multiple companies come out and look at our situation and All Pro Wildlife absolutely blew the others out of the water. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to happen and why. Cisco was amazing in supporting us through getting rid of the sewer rats in our attic before the remediation process could even begin. He was patient and was always available via calls or texts. Without him, I honestly think my wife would have just burnt the house down! He also coordinated with the plumbing contractors that were needed due to the sewer issues so that they were clear on what needed to be done. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this company.

I called All Pro last fall when I realized that rats had decided to make themselves at home in my attic and Cisco came to my home the same day. He thoroughly inspected the attic and exterior of my home to check for points of entry and provided a plan for addressing the issue. My case has not been an easy one to say the least, but Cisco has stuck with me every step of the way in solving the problem. He is responsive, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to provide top notch service. I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent service, knowledge, and craftsmanship. This is a first-rate animal removal service. Mike will resolve any animal issues using humane techniques that exclude the animal and prevent any re-infestation. His exclusion devices are professionally installed and effective. Once the animal is removed, barriers to entry are installed that are nearly invisible, so you can be sure the animal won't come back. I've worked with Mike several times over 20 years, and he is great to work with. His prices are fair, the work consistently excellent with a clear explanation and education of the animal's behavior. All Pro Wildlife did a great job removing bats from our roof. They were extremely responsive, communicated frequently and went out of their way to help when a complicated issue arose. I would highly recommend!

Please look elsewhere if you are in need of wildlife exclusion. We hired this company to exclude bats from our home. After an inspection, we were told the company would guarantee our home. After the "exclusion" two bats found their way into our bedroom and bathroom, even though we were repeatedly told there was "no way" this could happen. It was a complete nightmare. Months later, bats made their way into our shutter. Mike went back on his word, and would not help us. Additionally, they used a foam (not a concrete) to repair the soffit, which can lead to problems in the future. We will be taking action to correct this but will have to hire another company to correct these issues.
