Absolutely professional! Wonderful job, and we have cats so it's super reassuring hearing the policy of no poison. I really hate to "take out" the little guys, but they're not safe to have, and it's quite nice knowing that we're patched up and don't have even go there in the future. I will definitely continue with this company for their prompt and thorough services. My experience with them was highly satisfactory. They help right away with getting scheduled in and once they arrive no matter who it is doing the service they have always been respectful.
