I spent $600 with this company, and my tenant is still complaining about baby roaches—it's actually gotten worse. Whatever treatment they used clearly didn’t work. I’ve had better results using Advion gel bait myself. Very disappointed with the service and outcome.

I will definitely use Home Protection Pest Control, Inc. again if the need should arise. The technician arrived as scheduled, and was thorough in eliminating the problem, and checked to make sure that there were no other issues that needed addressing. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received, and recommend them to anyone needing insect extermination/control.

I will definitely continue with this company for their prompt and thorough services. My experience with them was highly satisfactory. They help right away with getting scheduled in and once they arrive no matter who it is doing the service they have always been respectful. No rushing etc. The effect is immediate and just in the next day there’s a difference. Also I can add there is a patience for non-English speakers (my mother was home while I was at work and she said the man was understanding).

Home Protection Pest Control has been out to our place twice over the past several years. They have gone beyond and above both times! Not only did he spray (inside and outside), but Dean located where carpenter ants were invading our home from a small hole in an outside column. Got it sealed up and no more ants. Dean also found and sprayed an underground yellow jacket nest, which was a serious danger to my grandkids. That wasn’t even part of the job and NO added charge!!! Who does that these days?!?! Go with Home Protection Pest control - you WON’T regret it!!

Always there and always helpful

Prompt and professional. Very knowlegable. Love that I don't have to worry about the fur baby. Immediate results and staying on a seasonal schedule I never see the pests at all, except the occaisional dead ones!

Cindy was so helpful in helping me figure out what species of ants I was seeing, she made an appointment for two days later. Jay showed up right on time, was so professional and loved on my dogs while he completed the job. Definitely looking forward to recommending this company in the future!
