DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. we have been dealing with this company for 11 months for rats and the problem has not been fixed or improved at all. We initially paid $1800 and they were supposed to seal off our attic. They set traps and since they didn’t catch anything we were told “we must be hearing squirrels on the roof” and that the problem was fixed. My partner and I are very displeased with the responsiveness of Rocket currently, they have been handling rodent and termite issues for our rental, but recently, since we needed more rodent trappings we have had issues getting them to pick up and call us back. We have rats trapped in our attic right now, since the completed exclusion, and have remediation scheduled for Monday but we haven't heard back from them to get the rats handled.
