Pest Preppers has been my go to company for over 6 years now. I have tried other companies in the past but this is the only company that I have used multiple times, referred to others and the only one I will use now. The service is always above and beyond and Jeff takes his time to explain the issues and how they are going to solve getting rid of pest and insects. Jeff came to my dad’s house through the VA to spray for bugs, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, he called right away to set everything up and made the whole process easy. I had a huge oak tree cut down years ago and recently noticed it turned into a carpenter ant encampment! I called Jeff at Pest Preppers and he came out and got the colony under control. I had him back out to do regular exterior work, but recently when I tried to contact Pest Preppers about scheduling, I received no response. It was good service while it lasted.

I had a rat situation in my atrium. Jeff was super polite & informative. Did his thing and came back to seal an area off along where they get in. That was not easy since it's very hot and he removed the existing panels to replace it. He checked everywhere else. Sealed by the A/C as well. He'll be back to sanitize the area once more. I feel relieved.

He took the time to explain the treatment , answered all of our questions and made sure every concern we had was addressed. Jeff has been a delight to work since my first phone consultation with him. Everything he promised us has occurred and all the processes have gone smoothly. On his initial visit, where he completely disassembled our beds and some furniture to ensure the treatments would be effective. After wards he reassembled everything and left our home as he found it. He has followed up with us to make we are completely satisfied and has returned to our home for a follow up treatment as per his warranty states. I recommend him highly.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I cannot say enough about this gentleman and very knowledgeable professional. He went above and beyond for my family and I highly recommend him!

You asked me to post a 5 star review on your account to help you and I can not lie. I paid you cash to remove bee's and to come back 6 months later for a recheck. You would not help me unless I paid you for both appointments up front. 6 months later you refused to show up for our appointment previously made by you. I have a signed recite made out by you saying you would return 6 months later. You took my cash and refused to come back. You refused to answer my text and never cleared this matter up. You came for only one appointment and I paid for 2. Do you plan on giving me half my cash back? You are the rude and nasty one you say such a thing. You did not come back and you refused to answer my text and do not tell me you did. How many other people paid for a return visit and you never showed up?

He never showed up after 3 attempts after hearing that he was going to be there. WASTE OF MY TIME. I didn't get an appology either. He (owner) responded to me in a comment just a few minutes ago so I call him and after a few Memory Stroke he remembered me and he hung up the phone after I mentioned that I am Disabled Veteran and I need he services... HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. REPENT BECAUSE YOU HAVE HATE IN YOUR HEART.😮 STOP LYING BECAUSE YOU DID COME TO MY HOUSE SENT BY THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE. YOU LEFT YOUR BUSINESS CARD WITH US THEN I SPOKE WITH YOU AND YOU FAIL THE PROMISE. I CAN PULL THE PHONE RECORDS IF YOU WANT???
