Atlantic Pest Control

I’ve been a customer of Atlantic Pest Control for years. They service both my business and my personal residence. They have always done a great job and their prices are very competitive. Today we had them spray inside our home and I received this message from my wife, “Atlantic Pest Control always has the nicest people. They do a great job with kind customer service.” I can’t say it any better.

Unfortunately Atlantic pest control does not have consideration for driving on freshly laid sod while spraying at a different residence. Upon calling the company I was shocked by the unpleasant attitude of the person answering the phone when I advised her of the problem. Very poor customer service, and no excuse for the driver to park on fresh sod.

Atlantic Pest Control of Palm Harbor is great. They do our regular outdoor pest control and are very responsive.

They are always on time and try to accommodate your work schedule. Most importantly, they kill all cockroaches. My number one reason for calling Atlantic Pest Control after buying my home. Cockroaches no longer live here. Also, it is a quarterly treatment and cost effective. I have used other companies in the past and they never completely rid us of the fellows.

Hired them more than five months ago for weed control, mine lawn now has 5X the weeds we started with. Contacted them and received the rudest customer service ever.

I’ve paid a lot to have Atlantic to get rid of rats in my house. For a year I requested them to came back several times, and each time they wouldn’t find much to do about it. The paid year passed and I’ve almost an infestation under my roof because they haven’t closed the exits I’ve paid them to close.

After over 30 years with Countryside Pest, we are changing companies. Enough said.

Rude, incompetent, liar. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, as we did when he said "I don't like your attitude" when exclusion (sealing of access points) was requested. That he was being told "how to do the job."
