Angel provided great service. Not only did he find the products I needed, but I had a problem with the downstream injector of my rig and he stayed with it for more than an hour until he made sure it was fixed! Amazing service. Highly recommend!

Everything you need in one place

This place is amazing. The guy that runs that place or the owner is think. Is the best. I come from homestead to use this company. I highly recommend it. The only thing I really hate about it. He's not in homestead near me. Thats the only part I hate.

Bad service I went to proline for a carburetor cleaner and a oil change that going to cost me $200+ tax because my Pressure washer was not starting the trying everything else after i was to clean the carburetor it works I went to the office to pay the bill comes up to $600 and change

Bad service, disrespect for customers, rude behavior of staff. Deception in prices and imposition of unnecessary work at an inflated price. No recomend

I came back to you immediately when I installed the pump and tested it in my house, that does not mean that I work or connect my machine only in my house, I connect the water hose in the houses that I go to work, and I always check the water pressure in the houses, it is illogical that the two houses that I did with that pump had bad pressure. I was working the machine. I know what I'm talking about. You weren't working with me. You only assume but affirm that this is how the machine works without water or with low pressure. Anyone who works in this knows that if the house does not have good pressure, there is no point in wasting time there, you cannot wash, then it is impossible to do a job without water pressure, and that's okay, there are more places. where can I take my machines, I have already seen comments like this when a client tells them something that they did not do well, what they do is run away from the client, it is their way of solving the problem, I did not ask them for anything for free, I only asked them to respond, I have no need to steal from them, nor do I like being robbed, but it is good that I take advantage of them

I always take my machines to this place, I had never had any problems, but the last time I took a pump to be repaired was about two weeks ago when they delivered it to me, I installed it and noticed something strange and I immediately returned to the place, they tested it and everything worked fine, then I did a job and everything was fine and at the second job it started to throw out a lot of water, I took it, they uncovered it in front of me, and it had a loose piston screw and a broken gasket, they did not take responsibility for their mistake, they were stubborn saying that I worked the machine without water, what person who is dedicated to this work does that, I told them that the gasket was broken that if they had not changed the piston, they said that they only change them when requested, what professional looks at a broken gasket and a loose screw and leaves it like that, and I know this because before taking it for the first time I uncovered it, I looked at that screw, I left it loose, I looked at the broken gasket, but I decided to put everything back and take it there so that they, who are the professionals, would leave it for me 💯 but it wasn't like that, they uncovered it, they didn't check it or change the piston seals, they didn't solve anything for me, I brought my machine with the pump disassembled, the one who repaired it knows that he didn't do a good job because he even told me that the seals that the pump had were backwards, I just put them like that in there because they were going to change them, they were going to disassemble it to repair it, that's why I took it to get it fixed, 👎🏿 I spent $336 for nothing

The place is terrible, the mechanics are terrible. Imagine if you arrive and they're eating something and no one comes out to help you until they're finished. The prices are excessively expensive. The quality of the work is terrible. I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's a garbage business.

It’s very unfortunate I had to come to this conclusion an write this review about my experience. To make this short . It’s almost one year later my hot water unit is still not working. They do same procedure to just “kick start” the unit an say it’s “fixed” (with a bandaid) to eventually have you bring it back to fix the real problem. Over the course of more than 5 visits I was given this same procedure over and over and over and over again . Spending hundreds of dollars on just a 300hr machine (still new) . I gave them my hard earned money and most importantly my trust. It has caused me a lot of embarrassment and some financial difficulties . My hot water unit is still not fixed since they touched it , it has not been able to perform a full job to this day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
