Our apartment complex uses these guys, and every time they come, our roach probably either stays the same or gets worse. They only spray the units every 3 months, but they supposedly have someone on the property every week, doing a different building every time. I take walks around the property all the time and never see their truck. When he comes to spray our apartment, itt seems like he can't get out fast enough, and only sprays a tiny bit (with no smell) in front of the sink cabinet in the kitchen. There's no attempt to spray anywhere else, even the bathrooms ( a known water source for pests). I personally would NEVER hire this company for pest control. We've taken to spraying and baiting our own home with Ortho Home Defense Max and so far the only roaches were seeing are dead or dying. In conclusion, I thoroughly do NOT recommend this company and would give zero stars if I could

Well I can see exactly why our negligent landlords chose this pest company. They don't speak with residents helping landlords cover up the negligence. 0 stars lost customers service!

The apartments serviced by them, in me and my neighbor's experiences, are getting no benefit from their spraying and even tried to sniff the liquid left and it seems like just water. No odor.

I’d like to know what’s with your techs and HATING cats! Your guy SPRAYED their things! And then REFUSED to tell us if any of what you use is pet friendly! I have this on camera! If ANYTHING happens to my cats cause of what he sprayed or he does anything himself I WILL press charges! THATS ANIMAL CRUELTY!

I would simply never hire this company if they didn’t already contract with my leasing office. I have them on camera opening my door saying “pest control” and then closing it and never servicing for months. Everytime they come it does nothing. They LOVE to use the excuse that my cat is out as if cats are regularly crate trained?! I pride myself on keeping a clean home and I still have to take extra precautions and pay for my own pest control. Today was my absolute final straw when cooking my lunch and it was almost done….i look down to find a roach INSIDE MY FOOD IN THE KITCHEN I JUST CLEANED THIS MORNING. I am quite honestly fed up I think it’s unreasonable at this point. I would like to eat in peace…please ART do better

Nick is great at what he does! He is very professional, detailed, and always willing to educate! He has been the best tech that we have worked with!

I had Nick M come and service my apartment and he was very knowledgeable on all different termites! Very helpful and hands on. Genuinely cared about my problems and helped get down to the bottom of it. Definitely recommend him and the company ! Now it’s been serval Months and I haven’t see a single bug! Nick is amazing at what he does! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gives very detailed information to our residents about the reasons why they may be experiencing pests and educates them on what could be causing the problem. Our residents specifically ask for him to be the technician who treats their apartment. The best tech you have working at A.R.T.

This company is a joke. The technician that this company hire do not take any training....at the biggening this company told me about how much i was going to get.... in the end they lie and pay me a different amount...the worst is that because i quitted they did not pay me my commission........THAT IS THE WORST PEST CONTROL COMPANY I HAVE NEVER SEEM, I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM WITH AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT, THE COMPANY TRUCK,UNIFORMS ETC THAT THOSE PEOPLE PROVIDE IS A TRASH, HAZZAR TRUCK, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE RIGHT QUIMICAL FOR CUSTOMER PROBLEMS,AND I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.....IT IS A NIGHTMARE COMPANY STEPHEN KING HAS TO HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR HIS NEXT HORROR MOVIE DO NOT GET SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY AND PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS NEVER, NEVER APPLY TO GET A JOB HERE JUST READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND U Will UNDERSTAND WHY ABOUT THE MONEY KEEP IT SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO LOSE TO WIN.......

I came home the other day to the same amount of roaches that my apartment is usually loaded with, even after my apartment had been so called serviced by this company earlier that day. My leasing office partners with this company and let me tell you, this company is horrible, look for another company to handle your service needs. They didn’t even fill out the card that they left for me. Which tells me that my apartment may not have been serviced properly, why would a tech not attach his name to the alleged service??? 🤔🤔🤔👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

My apartment complex uses ART pest and there was a roach infestation that was taken care of and since hasn't been a problem. I would see the same worker but one day we got a different guy that sprayed our unit while we were there we didn't want t o hover while he did his job and since we had never had problems before we didn't think anything of it but I know for a fact that this new guy stole something from my apartment. Ashame just be aware.

My apt complex started using this company within past year and they are horrible! Have never had a roach problem before and I have lived here 9 yrs. They have sprayed in my apt. 8 times since mid June and I still am getting roaches! I have worked in pest control and know this should not be happening! Not sure what they are using but it is not working and I have told tech this! They do a horrible job!

The 1 star reviews are true. I've never had such a HORRIBLE experience in my life a 3 year old could do a better job. These people came into my home upon instructions in both English and in Spanish to not spray near my marine aquarium containing live coral or near our plants. This was made very clear. Yet the man walked right in spraying all around and he sprayed not only near my aquarium, but right on it! he should have only been spraying the wall and floor, but not my property! How can they employ someone who cannot follow simple instructions. He sprayed on my tank so quickly that I could not stop him and when I said something he began to ague with me about it. He tried to tell me it was safe once dry, but I looked it up and it most certainly is not safe for my ~$10,000 worth of live coral. Do not use or trust these people they are low quality and hire people with no integrity.

These people did flea maintenance with our cats in our home and when I called to confirm they couldn’t give me any information or confirmation, they are unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate. My cats have been drowsy for about 2 days. I left two message regarding this treatment and NO ONE has called me back. I specifically asked for the manager Amy and still no call. Don’t EVER allow these people into your home without you being there. If my cats don’t feel well in a week I will be pressing charges without a doubt!

This is the worst pest control service I have ever come across. They have a contract to treat my apartment complex, and, for over a year since I've been there, they have failed one expectation after another. A technician comes in, leaves a note, but doesn't actually spray *you can tell when they do because of the smell*. I complain, they come back out two weeks later, leave a half written note saying "bait only" because I have a dog, after I asked for everything to be treated. She was crated, and there was no danger of her licking or stepping in anything. There was no bait anywhere, not even by the windows or cabinets. I have to complain again, and be told I have to clear out my cabinets entirely to have a complete treatment. Tuesday rolls around...the technician leaves a note with the complex that the key doesn't work, no service. They were just there 2 weeks ago, using the same key! Month after month after month I have roaches. I finally had to use foggers at my own expense 2 months ago, despite paying every month for this supposed pest control service. The technicians are dirty, as in the uniform is dirty, their equipment is dirty, everything is dirty. They never seem to understand anything, if they even speak English, and are either inexperienced or intentionally don't do their jobs. Stay far away!
