was just turning right onto 41 when your truck decided to use all three lanes to u turn so i had to break in order to not hit him so i got a little close cause i didn’t expect that, but i didn’t use my horn or anything. then he proceeded to give me the middle finger when turning off a minute later as if i had done something. in the company vehicle is absolutely crazy 😭 don’t let the children drive next time cause it gives you guys a real bad look. 0/10

This review is inaccurate.<br>Our driver had the right of way and was legally committed to turn and use all 3 lanes as he was turning at the next light. The reviewer failed to stop at a posted stop sign and nearly struck our company vehicle, the person in front of her stopped she followed person through the stop sign, requiring our driver to take evasive action to avoid an accident. Next time learn the laws of the road and use them unsafe drivers like you cause accidents. Driving rule book is available online and would gladly send you one at no charge to help keep others safe from your wreckless driving. <br>At no time was an obscene gesture made. A raised hand was used as acknowledgment, not a middle finger.<br>We do not allow unprofessional conduct in our company vehicles, and we take safety seriously. False accusations and misrepresentation of events do not reflect the facts of this incident.<br>We stand by our team and our driving standards.

WOW! 5 star service without a doubt. We've had a problem with rats in our lanai since we bought our house 6 months ago. My wife found a rat in the lanai this morning and due to a recent surgery I could not take care of it. Reaper Rodent Removal to the rescue. I contacted them this morning, told them the situation and they were at our door within 20 minutes. They got rid of the rat and did a full attic inspection. We discussed our options for future exclusion and I have already received a fair quote from Jeff. As a matter of fact Jeff doesn't even know yet I'm accepting his quote as I write this review. We are having our lanai rescreened which Jeff schedules his exclusion for the very next day. Jeff and his Team do exceptional work for there clients. I own and operate a exterminator business and use his services in conjunction with mine. This company will show up- until you pay them. I contracted them to do rodent removal in my attic; they showed up, did some work, put traps out and then only followed up when I would call them. Constantly promised to be back to check traps in a few days, a week or more would pass and then I would have to call and beg them to come out. It is now 2 months later and I still have vermin. Save yourself some time, heartache, and money and call someone else.

If someone's going to drive a truck covered in your business's logo and contact information (for example, today on FL-776), you might suggest to them that they actually drive like an adult human instead of gazing deeply into a cellphone while careening side to side like a drunken pinball for at least the full mile until I could get away from them. That guy on the bike sure is lucky your driver didn't pick the outside lane or he'd be getting hosed off the bumper.

Promises and warranty mean nothing to them. They agreed to repaint an 8-unit building in Venice because the woodpecker repellant paint that was guaranteed did not repel the woodpeckers. Jeff told us the manufacturer of the paint had supplied Reaper replacement paint free of charge, and he would get the re-painting done ASAP. This was back in August 2020. He promised to show up at least three different times to do the work and never did. After several "promises" and excuses, he just quit answering his phone or responding to texts. They really talk a good talk, but when it comes to honoring their warranty they just make promises, give excuses and never show up to actually do the work. BEWARE hiring them for anything!!
