We have had Over-A-Cheever service our house for years. Seth is the best! We haven't had any pest issues the entire time we have been with them. Our home is always serviced the day we are told it is going to be and we receive an appointment reminder by email a few days in advance. It's always nice to find a reliable company who does what they say they're going to do and who operates with honesty and integrity.

Sadly writing this review because I'm dumbfounded, and frankly disappointed. I spoke with Seth who confirmed that he came out to the house today at 12:00PM to spray the house as normal, charged my credit card today as normal; however my father was outside with painters all day and no one spotted a soul, so either he's the stealthiest pest control guy ever, got the wrong address, or he just straight up lied and said "I don't know what to tell you". I confirmed he had the right address, and doubled down saying he came out and saw no one, despite again all of us being outside the home all day. He at least gave me a refund immediately and I cancelled the recurring plan. I can't prove he didn't come do services to the home for the previous 10 months of this year (or even further), but if he did it once, what's to stop him from doing it again? This is not at all how people should do business. Super sad to be writing this, I really liked Seth too, shame how we can't trust people implicitly no matter how much we want to.

Absolutely the best. As soon as I contact them they answer right away and pretty much come right out. Would highly recommend them!
