I'll never use this company after hearing the hate spewed by one of his drivers last weekend. Maybe keep politics out of business, including driving a business vehicle

We've been using Johnny Bugs for 4 months now and are very happy with the service. Sean was very cordial and knowledgeable when he arrived. I had to call once for a repeat problem and he came right out and corrected the situation.

Fred is awesome! He is very thorough, does inside and out, pays attention to detail, and is very pleasant. He even brings treats for the dogs! Always on time.

2026 guess it's time for another update. Sean has been my technician for quite awhile now. I saw him a couple of times when he was first learning the ropes. And now here he is, a wonderful caring man who is professional, efficient, and really listens. I did try another company because my neighbor said they were cheaper. Cost the same, didn't know me or understand what I needed. I'll hold with the company I know from now on. 2024 update. I've used Johnny Bugs for several years now. I've had several different technicians come out. I've loved them all except one and he did a good job. I just felt he was a bit patronizing. But my children tell me I'm overly sensitive so that could just be me. And when I said I preferred another they never asked why, just said ok. When I started using Johnny Bugs I had a problem that three other companies did not fix. Johnny Bugs was the first one to treat the attached shed and laundry room. That was a few years ago. I'm still happy It's a local family owned business. They care about my home because it's part of their community. No matter which one comes they all take time to say a few friendly words to my disabled son.

Fred was extremely knowledgeable he had an answer for every question and did a great job in getting rid of our spider problem

Our 2nd year with Johnny Bugs. They do a great job keeping the ants and other bugs away from our home, especially with all the rain we've had lately. So glad our neighbors recommended them. Friendly and professional, they're THE BEST!

I am so grateful for johnnys fabulous services! For whatever reason, it's next to impossible to find anyone who does car extermination in south west Florida. I sent a very desperate email at like 9:30 PM and I had a response within 10 minutes😇 I'm writing this review 24 hours after they treated my car and I haven't seen one bug. 😆 THANK YOU🥰

Update: 4/2024 Unlucky for customers JB is too big, too busy since the 1st class service they once had. Good for them, not good for service. JB Inc is not only effective and stand behind their service but Jeff, Jacob and Sean enjoy/know their business and the customers they help! Their quarterly pricing is competitive and annual price even better. Jessica handles the calls/texts/appointments and she works with my "sometimes" picky schedule and worries -very efficient!

Your tech.was.great he explained.everything. he Saudi I would.get a receipt sent to me but it never came. That is my only issue.

Messaged me that the boss would call , that was Thursday.. still waiting for a estimates ! This is the third company i called an getting no response!

The technician wanted me to pay for a year upfront. This was not what I signed up for, I was misinformed about pricing and what services are covered. I would make sure you are aware of their requirements before hiring for service. No attempt was made to remedy the issue by the technician prior to leaving our residence.

Do not use them ever. Paid but never finish the job. not to mention that I have gave them several rental house for service. Done with them. Yes I m your customer and I live in North Port.
