I would like to share my experience wit Venice Pest control I was hoping to switch to the company since the previous company reassigned our technician to a different regions The first time the owner Doug came to service us He came an hour late I explained to him that it is important to show on time since we have to give instructions to the new person he was going to send for subsequent services. We made a follow up appointment & was wafting for the tech for over an hour. When nobody showed up I

I'm disabled so I never see him spraying around house.Since my husband passed away, my oldest son moved in with me.But he also is disabled, but does see him once in awhile since outside more than I am. As far as price, I haven't called any other company to ck. pricing.He must be doing a good job,because hardly ever see any bugs,spiders in house or on porch.We have seen a dead cockroach occasionally, no live ones though! Tyler and the other techs that have come out to service are awesome techs and really trying help the customer with information and service - extremely honest and thorough! Unfortunately, the service manager Carl is extremely unhelpful, and solutions from the techs get bottlenecked or blocked by him. Currently in a service contract, and escalating an issue - not confident we will get the attention we need, due to this. I'd love to change my review and see this corrected...
