This company is amazing. We just purchased and renovated our home on Fort Myers Beach. We assumed the termite guarantee from the previous owner. It’s a small annual charge. I'm disabled so I never see him spraying around house.Since my husband passed away, my oldest son moved in with me.But he also is disabled, but does see him once in awhile since outside more than I am. As far as price, I haven't called any other company to ck. pricing.He must be doing a good job,because hardly ever see any bugs,spiders in house or on porch.We have seen a dead cockroach occasionally, no live ones though! All done in a timely and professional manner. He explained everything every step of the way and the price can't be beat. Hector is very nice, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He responds immediately and comes when you need him. He'll come by to do the outside and I won't even know he's there and he'll politely text if we want him to do the inside as well. It's an incredible price and a great guy.
