Amazing company

HORRIBLE BUSINESS: Have used them for 6 months straight- WITH NO RESULTS- I feel completely scammed. Paid tons of money - close to $1000 dollars- $200 a month- for absolutely nothing. Started off ONLY treat fleas in the grass. Made this 10000% clear… only to complain and complain then find out 4 months later that they hadn’t even been treating the lawn for fleas. I’m sure you could imagine my shock and anger. No refund at that point just -well sorry ma’am they were supposed to be not sure what happened. Fast forward to the month and a half they began treating the fleas… no improvement. But still had to keep paying the monthly fee. The manager, guarantees his dignity and guaranteed me a few services of NEW SPRAY to fix the problem. Gives me one spray (that I paid for) and I guess that’s it! So I cancelled. I’m tired of this nonsense. I feel completely scammed, and may even consider having my lawyer help me get some money back. Just awful business practices and management. Don’t use. Had the supervisor Scott by today who explained everything and very satisfied with his help. Brian came for our regular service and he was terrific. Thanks FMPC!!

Last week I was mow a side yard a the guy was not paying attention to the yard I haven’t finished yet the homeowner was piss that I could not finish the yard the guy sprayed needs go get his eyes checked next time I mow over the spray

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy in the sales department and Alex was my technician. Both were great and I haven't seen a bug since! Great customer service and their product works! Highly recommend

This company is amazing. We just purchased and renovated our home on Fort Myers Beach. We assumed the termite guarantee from the previous owner. It’s a small annual charge. Since we are on the water, termites can be a problem. After moving in we came across one small area that showed we had some termites. We called Fort Myers Pest Control and Scott came right out and confirmed that what dust we found was from a termite. They did not question anything at all. Within 3 weeks they prepared us to step away from the home for 3 days and they tented and fumigated the house. Stress free other than the moving out part.There wasn’t a lot to do on our part. Scott even helped us get the home ready. Had I not had the guarantee this would have cost us thousands of dollars. It cost us $0 dollars. Thank you guys. You were great. I highly recommend them.

One star for the shoddy, sketchy business practices. They were double charging my elderly parents for years. They charged for pest control services, which my parents wanted. And they charged for lawn fertilizer services, which my parents did not want. The techs that came out, allowed, or lead my parents to believe they were getting two types of pest control. When I canceled the fertilizer, they came and sprayed pest chemicals, and then charged for fertilizer, again. These people will take every advantage. Very poor business management.

Pest control is great. The lawn care is a waste. Within 6 months of a new sod job it’s absolutely trashed with weeds. If they come on here to dispute my review I’ll post more pics and their email admitting their mistakes.

The technician sprayed poisonous insecticides all over my portable grill that was sittingat the base of the homes wall. When I talked to the supervisor he said he would only wash my grill instead of replace it. I told him I will not use the grill after it has been compromised by poisonous insecticides. And i am forced to by a poison safe grill.

They were very nice, but my problem still existed. I called and let them know what issue I was having, The lady who answered the phone at their office was extremely professional and nice. The people who did the pest control called back and I let them know what my issue was. That has been a few weeks now, they never came back or even called me back. I ended up calling a second pest control company and we easily remedied the problem. They had me sign something that they were going to come back, they are not welcome back here I do not want to ever give them money again or have them on my property. I feel like they took my money and ran and did really nothing. 0 stars wasn’t available.

My name is Michael I live in North Fort Myers and I do not recommend this company at all. I paid a service with a high cost of almost 350 cash to remove German cockroaches from my house. After months the cockroaches are still there, and Sherry is going to call you to charge you a monthly payment for a service that never ended. if it does not just tell you that it's going to cancel the contract. Do not throw your money in the trash like it is me and my family

Very poor customer service. Iran (manager) doesnt know how to communicate. He collected payment before first appointment than showed up and charged my wife again! They apply treatment that you agree everytime. You have to do all the scheduling for them and hope they show up with proper equipment/ treatment. Disappointed.
