We live in an RV park where 12 Stones Landscaping handles lawn care. Despite multiple requests from both us and park management, they continue to skip cutting around our camper. This has happened at least five times. Each time, we’re told it will be taken care of, but nothing changes. We move our cars and belongings to make it easy for them, yet they still deliberately avoid our area. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

They mow and trim our yard in Crystal Lakes and do a generally poor job each week that the mow.The yard is usually scalped and mowed way too short.Trimming the make a mess with the grass and blow everything onto our carport.

Seth and his crew did a fantastic job on restoring the back corners of our yard after it washed out by Helene. They communicated with me every step of the way. They did what they said they would do. They showed up on time and completed the job to my total satisfaction. I would recommend 12 Stones to anyone in need of landscaping work.

1 star could not give a lower rating. Service is pathetic riding mowers going through the park at full speed grass trimmings blown into my carport. Foul mouthed, rude. Bad enough, they have work. But to have to do it professionally. I would remove the company name from the vehicles so no one knows who you are.

They need more training with equipment because they run over anything and everything. All my light fixtures were damaged in my gated community. What a shame. I'm sure some of theie hard workers do have common sense.

I called to possibly have them service my lawn again and was going to also ask for a quote on a landscaping job. I had switched from using their services to a lower-priced landscaper and also was not happy with how they had left a bit of my lawn uneven, if I am recalling correctly as I had a couple different mowing companies and might have got them mixed up. I also could not recall if they had ever given me a quote on some landscaping that I had been putting off getting done for many months. I had mentioned the uneven lawn moving to the secretary to see if they could resolve that issue if I were to use their services again, if I did indeed have that complaint from before. The secretary looked up my prior account info and rudely told me "it looks like we were not a good fit" and proceeded to attempt to end the call while denying me business. Imagine if you complained about a meal at a restaurant and they did not try to make it better and on top of that they did not allow you to come eat there again because you were "not a good fit". I call them as I see them as they do. I am happy that I was denied as I would rather not do business with such people.

I have been using 12 Stones for multiple projects. They have always followed thru with the utmost professionalism. The lady, i believe her name is Barbara. Has always been the most respectful and courteous. When I wasnt sure about how to do things, she walked me thru it. She really took the stress away! I would recommend this company with highest regards.

Great commercial landscape company! They do great work and if there is ever a question or minor issue, they are extremely responsive. They have exceeded my expectations. Great work, guys.

Ran over my gutters that draw water away from the house and damaged them. and never offered to replace them. Also over charged me of something that was never discussed. The office secretary is very rude and unprofessional. Called several times for and no response.

Beware This company is a joke ! 2 months later and nothing but empty promises! They can spin their response any which way they want they do horrible work they damaged my 88-year-old father's vehicle and then said you have to have proof with video of us damaging the car! Unprofessional rude individuals working and running this joke of a Business!!

Management is not professional doing things on the job that is against there policy rules , bunch of hypocrites!!!!!!
