Dave and the guys at Integrity are just the best. This small Brevard County business is all things that a local group should be. They are hardworking, fair, loyal, and even act as detectives at times. We'd been customers for years with no problems when I inadvertently brought in flour beetles from dog treats we bought and after ripping my entire house apart, they had me take pictures, they researched, and after coming in ONE time, they had them completely eradicated. They are not only kind, prompt, and effective, but they would literally give you the shirts off their back if you needed it. I could not recommend David & his team enough. We went through three different pest management providers before we locked in with Integrity and have now been using them for almost 3 years. They are always on time, and they do THE MOST. Those pesky spider webs up in your pool screen? You’ll never see them again. Top notch. We are always looking for local businesses that operate with integrity as a non-negotiable core value, and David clearly exemplifies this as "integrity" is not only in the name. We had evidence of rat activity in our attic that turned up during a recent home inspection, and David was recommended to me by a realtor friend that knows his stuff and only recommends businesses that have a stellar track record. David was courteous, professional, and prompt, and after thoroughly inspecting our property and attic, told us that he did not believe the rat activity was current (his techniques for knowing how seemed pretty brilliant after he explained his methodology). He explained some of the evidence of previous remediation efforts that he found up in the attic, and offered advice on how we could block any future access with some simple steps I will be able to handle myself. When I asked if I could at least pay him for his time, he humbly declined and said it wasn't necessary as my house was on his way to another job anyway. My realtor friend said this reflects similar experiences he's had with Integrity Pest Management in the past, and is not a fluke. Some of our neighbors have recently paid into the thousands for similar rat issues in their attics, and David certainly could have taken advantage of us if he had wanted to. Five stars and highest recommendations from us!

Integrity Pest was highly recommended by my neighbors 2 years ago when I discovered bats in my roof. David was great about explaining what was involved in getting rid of them safely and preventing them from coming back. Recently I had a squirrels nest issue and he came over and took care of it simply. I have always been very happy with his service. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about bugs and pests. He returns weekly until the issue is resolved. One of my units had issues (rats) he helped and advised and doesn’t charge extra for his expertise. Our business (rentals) is expanding and I call Integrity first before any other renovations. They are experts, so call the experts when you need it!
