I've been using Black's for nearly 30 years. Always dependable and if there is any kind of issue you can't beat them for their service. I use them for both lawn and pest control.

People don’t remember what you say or do, but they always remember how you make them feel. This morning, I was treated dismissively at reception and made to feel unimportant, despite being a long-standing client. Basic courtesy goes a long way. Kindness is free—but loyal clients are not, and today one was lost.

One of their drivers followed so closely behind me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never use their company.

We have been with Black’s for almost a year now. Our lawn looks amazing! There’s grass growing in places that have never had grass before. The weeds are almost gone! Neighbors are stopping me asking what I’m doing to my lawn. We also use the bug service and haven’t seen an ant or palmetto bug since. Very pleased with both services.

I use Blacks spray service for the lawns. It has reduced the amount of mosquitos, and my lawn has never looked so good! They sent someone out to tell me what was wrong with my shrubs (large brown spots on leaves). He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I’m not a customer — yet. Today I made the pleasure of meeting Daryl while he was servicing one of my neighbors properties. I stopped to ask a simple question about some weeds we’re dealing with, he said to let him finish up and he’s come down and take a look. He gave me a wealth of information, and never once pressured service. For me, there is no better way to secure a new client than by not pressuring them to buy a service. With that said, while I’m not a client yet, you can guarantee because of Daryl’s actions today, come this October when it’s time for fertilizing, Blacks will have a customer for life!

Terrible service and way overpriced. Charged me for termite treatment which I found out was not active and wasn't even termite damage and charged 175 dollars. They are con artists.

They are friendly fast and professional. The results are always obviously good. Money well spent.
