I used this company for almost 15 years. Suddenly, nothing. Left several messages but never received a call back. Bad business! I was told by another company that the original owners sold it.

I hired ABC Pest Control to do an inspection of the home I am buying in Melbourne, FL on November 15, 2021. As far as I know they conducted the inspection. I can only assume they conducted the inspection because all I saw was a sticker attached to the electrical service panel. They then billed me $85 for the services and advised me in the same email once the money had been paid I would receive the report. I paid them $85 and waited on the report, which did not arrive. I did, however, get a contract to signup for termite services for almost $700 almost immediately in my email. I emailed them a week later inquiring about the whereabouts of the report and did not receive a response or the report. I called them another week later and had to leave a message on an answering machine inquiring of the report. Still no response from anyone at ABC Pest Control and this it is now December 3rd. So far all I have to show from ABC Pest is $85 less in my bank account and them wanting me to pay them more for poor customer service. I'll say it again, ABC Pest has poor customer service and this is unacceptable. All I wanted was my termite report. Apparently, this was just too much to ask.

Was a client and then got dropped with no explanation. When I was finally able to reach someone in the office I was told that I would be sent a different technician. It's been weeks and no response. Do yourself a favor and call the professionals.
