Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable technicians. After the record hard freeze we had an explosion of carpenter ants in the house. In some ways we have been extremely lucky up to this point, having had very little indoor carpy activity for the three decades of living here. Kelly on the phone was very patient and sympathetic, and quickly arranged a time for Chris to come out and size up the problem. Chris came and did a site survey and quickly found several places they were entering that we somehow overlooked, and provided much needed explanation on carpy behavior. I looked at where he pointed and sure enough they were waltzing in one after another. Chris sprayed those areas on the same day and after we offered to pay him he said it’s not necessary, just helping out until it can be arranged for a full spray service. There’s no contracts. Just call them again if things aren’t working. Chris came again in a few days and did a full exterior and interior spray, patiently explaining the strategy and gave us valuable insights on the concept of insect highways and what to look for around the yard. Their work is very thorough and cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend their services It’s been an ongoing journey so far, and time will tell whether we can keep them out for good.

I was so impressed with the visit we had from Evan today concerning the house flies in our house. He spent quite a bit of time educating me on the possibilities as to why we’re having this problem. I asked him what I owed him after he was here for close to an hour, and he said no, this was a free consultation! I will use Green Wing again!

A bit of a rocky start but the owner personally came to my house and demonstrated great customer care and professionalism. Their tech Ronal is awesome. Very prompt, polite and knowledgeable.

Had them come out through the property management company I rent from. Never heard of them before this experience. First visit was in April for roaches and ants. We moved into a freshly remodeled home that had a bug problem from day 1. They had to come out multiple times after April within the first two months. One of the employees had gotten sick or something so they forgot about us for a few weeks until I called. Anyway bugs finally seem like they’re gone in June I believe was the last visit. Well it’s the beginning of August and I saw ants and a couple of roaches so I call them up. These people want another few hundred dollars to come back 2-3 months later? What a frickin rip off. Bill at all county charges you a flat fee for a year and if you see a bug in that time he comes back. Don’t waste your money here.

We just started service and made it very clear to call us before showing up to service the lawn. Well we thought we made it clear. They keep showing up without calling. We have had to call several times and always get an apology but then it happens again. We need to to be notified before anyone shows up to our property. We called and asked to speak to the owner and was told he would return the call. He never did. Come on! How hard is it to call first?!?! Save your apologies.

I had employed Green Wing to perform monthly spraying for insect control. I found that the spraying was not effective unless the spraying occurred in both the inside & outside of my house. They called me to confirm a monthly spraying, and I tell them I wanted to schedule the appointment early so I could let them inside. I had done this previously. They said the tech would contact me to arrange an appointment. The tech DID NOT contact me, and performed the spraying on the outside of my house only against my directions. I called the office and told them this was unacceptable, and I would not pay for that application. Them told me they'd take care of it. They didn't take care of it, and sent me a bill. I notified them that I WILL NOT pay. They continued to send me a bill and ultimately turned the $50 bill over to a collection company. reply: 1st of all, Your policy doesn't out weight a customers directive. You admitted disregarding my wished and performed the spraying to the outside of my house. 2nd, i called the next day as you stated to cancel my service and at no time did anyone offer to come back and spray the inside of my house. 3rd, you admitted that you performed only half of the required service, even after i told you that was unacceptable and still expect to be paid. I hope potential customer read my review and your response and see thru your attempt to spin doctor the facts.

I called them on a Friday and they said someone will call the day before and be out next week. No one called then someone just showed up yesterday. I work from home and the heads up would have been nice to know.
