Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

We used Truly Nolen for lawn care for about a year, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Throughout the entire year, weeds were completely out of control, I would estimate that 30–40% of our lawn consisted of weeds. Truly Nolen has outdone itself, the technician explained from beginning to end what to expect, the only hiccup was their rat trap guy was supposed to check the day following. Nobody showed up :(. Happily we didnt here any noise the night before. A rat was caught. I thought maybe one more rat should be around but they failed to catch it. I believe it never entered the house. I left my previous provider because they were billing me even when no one showed up. I decided to go with truly Nolan. They deducted $300 for my first service. And 2 days later they took another $300. They said that I could get that back in 5 to 7 business days. I don't. Know if this is what they do to other people. Or, If this is something that they do as a normal practice to earn interest on other people's money. My money will be setting in their bank account, instead of my own. I haven't eve
