The whole team was great. They are all very knowledgeable and took care of all my concerns. They removed wild life, sealed my attic, and sprayed. Mike came on an off day at the last minute to address a concern. Daniel was very friendly and diligent. They answered all questions, came on time, and are all subject matter experts. Florida Wildlife Pest Control Management did an excellent job helping protect our home. Their team trenched around the house and installed galvanized steel around the entire perimeter to help prevent wildlife from getting underneath and causing future problems. After dealing with a rodent problem in my roof for over a year, I’m beyond relieved to have found Florida Wildlife Management. I’d tried a well-known company first, spent a lot of money and even more frustration as they went back and forth telling me it was lizards, then squirrels, and never actually solved anything. I finally gave up when nothing worked. On a whim, I did a Google search and found this company instead. James came out, gave me a clear timeline, and reassured me he’d find the real issue. After a year of getting nowhere, he spent just half an hour in my attic and found it: an uncapped sewer line acting as a highway for rodents into my house. He and Emil connected me with a plumber they work with, who capped the line at a fair price, and they sealed up every other access point into my house, including the garage door. What stood out was their professionalism, how fast they resolved it, and the peace of mind I have now. Their work comes with a one-year guarantee, and you can tell this company takes real pride in what they do. I can’t recommend them enough.

If you want a Marine hunting down the critters in your attic, this is the company for you! From the moment we contacted them they were courteous and very professional. You won,t regret it! Call them. They came out promptly and did an extremely thorough investigation. They sent us pictures on our phone of what they found in the attic! Awesome! We could see everything they found! They sealed all the openings and set multiple traps. Traps were checked 3 times a week! Temporarily patched our duct work damage! Awesome! After a few days, NO MORE CRITTERS! Thanks so much guys! Oh yeah.....Veteran owned company!

Excellent service!!! There was a severe pest (mostly rats and at least one raccoon) problem in the house, which was vacant for many years, and they had their run of the place during that time. Trees and branches near the house provided a pathway to the attic, and the evaporation of water in the sewer traps provided an unimpeded tunnel inside the house through the toilets, as identified by Florida Wildlife and Pest Management (FWPM). The rats wreaked havoc throughout the house and in the attic, where they were joined by the raccoon(s). There were droppings in the house by the tens of thousands [and, therefore, urine too] over everything, the HVAC ductwork was destroyed, electrical wiring in the attic was chewed up, and the attic insulation was contaminated. The affected items had to be discarded or replaced, at significant expense. FWPM established a plan of action, to include setting traps, ensuring sewer traps do not dry out, replacing the soffit (which had large openings), applying a special seal to areas of the roof where wildlife tends to enter, sealing gaps in the foundation, and sealing other entry points in the house. They also bomb sanitized the house. From the roof to the foundation, the rodent problems have been resolved, and with regular monitoring by FWPM, while the house is vacant, those pests are not expected to return.
