This company is probably one of the worst inspection companies I’ve ever had to deal with. All of their inspection findings are based solely off of the individual inspectors opinions of things, not based on Florida building code violations, or installation instruction violations. On the same property when they’re called to return for a reinspection, they nitpick other things on the property that they did not notate on the first inspection, And the same is true on subsequent inspections

Thanks for the feedback Michael. We are unsure what inspection you are referring to but if you want to reach out to our office we may be able to address the issue. Florida law states that a home inspection is an opinion. Home inspectors are not code inspectors and cannot report code violations and we certainly cannot indicate all items that deviate from manufacture's instructions. We try to give an honest assessment of the condition of the property. If this was truly a pre-listing inspection, I don't see any Michaels as a recent previous customer and we are happy to address the issues before the house goes on the market, we would hate for it to ruin a deal on the home. The fact that we had to re-inspect would it would be implied that there was four-point inspection involved and the rules for four-points can vary between insurance companies. I would like to clear it up if you are willing to give us a chance.

Jeff and Chris are great been using them for years wouldn’t use anybody else. Customer was very impressed. We did an older house inspection that cost over $1000 and he was glad that he did it. Thank you for all your hard work.
