On Point did an EXCELLENT JOB from start to finish addressing our roof rat problem! Mike was very knowledgeable and personable, and did a very thorough initial assessment of our issue. Zach was an amazing technician who blocked any entries into the roof, attentively regularly checked the traps, answered all my questions, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough, and was also very personable! He and Roel also did an awesome job adding extra rat/bug resistant insulation to our attic! Everyone I interacted with at On Point was very helpful, professional and pleasant! Fantastic job all around!

After six sleepless hours of mysterious loud shrills and groans in the night, I was comforted that Mariena was able to quickly schedule my home for suspected wildlife intrusion. Jerry (owner) and Mike arrived that same day -- all clean and professional-looking --- and demonstrated why their Google review scores are near perfect. Jerry and Mike thoroughly inspected the exterior perimeter as well as three attic spaces for signs of unwelcome critter activity. Although no evidence was found, I am convinced that On Point Wildlife Removal is the local company to call for wildlife removal & restoration.

Jerry came to look at our bat situation and found that our roof was in complete disrepair after an inspection 1.5 years ago. We would never have known that our roof was a liability if he had not actually climbed up on the roof and looked. Our rodent and pest company did not. Jerry told us he could not do the work until we had the roof repaired or replaced. He walked us through steps to take, sent us pics and viseos of the roof, gave us a roofer recommendation, and told us about taking care of the bats after that. He could have done the work and never told us about the roof. Then we would have had to do it twice. Thank goodness we called onpoint.

Here is our review from when they came to help us in April. There really aren’t enough words to describe how extremely impressed and happy I am with the extraordinary work being done by On Point at our home. After hearing scratching in the ceiling above our guest bath on a Saturday morning, I reached out to Jerry and he responded right away that he would be by on Monday and he was here just as he promised. He set rat traps and assessed the damage, and their plan to rid our attic of rats and seal all areas where the rats could enter is well underway. Jerry, Chase, Roel, and Zach have been amazing and kind and so nice and are caring for our home as if it was their own. Everyone has communicated with us throughout the process, and that has also been greatly appreciated. We are so thankful that this problem is being treated by such caring and compassionate professionals. So thankful for honest hard working people that take pride in what they do. They are very educated in this field and take time to explain your concerns, questions. They are timely and courteous, friendly, honest and caring. Grateful for Will, his weekly visits and his kind personality making this not so great chapter in our lives much more tolerable and Roel, subjecting himself in horribly difficult heat in our attic and entire day, replacing and repairing duct work!! Cristian came out to my home and cleaned out the soffits where an old bat roost used to be. Very detailed and thorough job from start to end, including pictures for reference. I would highly recommend On Point!!

Jerry came out and did an inspection on my home, the good news was that we had no critters and no major entry points. He walked me through the inspection and pointed out a couple spots that could get bigger over time and allow entry of bugs, bats and rats. I told him that i would like to completely seal up all spots. This was Friday, Jerry told me Zach would be out monday afternoon. Zach called me to let me know he was finishing up at another home and would be at my house shortly. I appreciate the great communication and both men were professional and courteous.
