I have used Premium Pest control for almost 8 years. I live in a condo so it’s hard to control what neighbors are doing or what is going on outside of my unit, but Premium is always working hard to make sure my unit is in the best shape possible. I have the monthly plan but anytime I have an issue they come out in between. They come out quickly and check in on me after visits to make sure things are going well. I really appreciate the time they put in and the results!

I've been using premium pest control for a few years to treat inside vacation rentals and commercial offices. They also treat the outside. My building is next to a wooded lot which is a breeding ground for all kinds of vermin. They keep them at bay and out of my building. I find their staff to be wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thier services are excellent and effective. I would highly recommend this business!

Marquise was my technician this afternoon. He arrived exactly at the appointment time (which made me very happy). Greeted me with a smile, said hello and inquired about my day. He took the time to engage with me during the treatment and didn't discount any of my questions or comments. He made sure to perform a thorough application of the product around my home. Marquis came for my annual service. He was very polite and professional. I shared with him some issues we had with silverfish so he spent extra time treating for them in the walls. I loved that he took off every electrical plate in the house to treat behind them. We have not had any issues since. Marquis was friendly and genuinely cares. He had a great work ethic!
