We would recommend Paragon Pest Solutions 100%. All of the technicians, personal of the company are outstanding in their profession. Kevin took additional time to come out and answered all of our concerns. If you need a pest company you can rely on contact Paragon. Paragon has taken care of our lawn, shrubs, palms and termite for 4 years.

We've used Paragon Pest Solutions for our lawn care for more years than I can count. I've recently received several compliments on how nice my lawn looks and was asked for recommendations. I thought I'd extend the recommendation to the Google community since I look at reviews here as well about companies prior to contacting them. Keith and his staff are extremely polite, responsive, and punctual. Today David was here on 8/5 STILL 5 STARS!! Just had David our new Paragon Tech here to treat yard and it still looks fantastic! He also took time to ask if we needed anything in particular. Excellent Service as always !!! From the initial consultation to our Fantastic Service with Tech David we are genuinely happy with Paragon and it's yard Service 🙂 our lawn was really looking bad and we had to find a new company, so Glad we saw all the great Yards with Paragon signs on them!!! Our lawn looks amazing!

Paragon has been our lawn service provider for about two years and we couldn’t be happier. Prince Valerio is our service tech and his attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions and concerns is unmatched. When we first moved into our home the lawn was a neglected weed-filled mess. It has come a long way in just three years with a lot of focused care and attention. Another big impact has been the consistent treatments by Paragon. We started lawn service with a different service and after about a year of seeing very little progress we made the switch to Paragon. Our progress with Paragon has been remarkable and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

I recently had a last minute request for pest control services to help me get ready for a 4th of July BBQ. Paragon had me scheduled within a day! Daniel arrived and was very professional. He went above and beyond and did a great job! One less thing to worry about for my BBQ! Thanks Paragon!!

I call for days at a time, no response and often leave several voicemails. Unfortunately this is the company my HOA uses and they definitely aren’t willing to do more than their bare minimum spray outside the condos. Decided to get another pest control company.

last time they serviced us we didn't even see them. I went to my car and saw their yard sign stuck in the ground. I asked my wife if she had seen anyone come in our backyard and she said no one had been there, she had been on the back patio from just before 8AM to almost 9AM, I called office and they said their GPS showed that the truck was there at 8:06AM, They might have serviced the front yard, we know for a fact they never entered our backyard. Don't trust either owner or technicians. They told me I would have same technician every time, not the case, I met at least 4 different technicians over the 15 months we had service. our back yard we spent a lot of money on sod, shrubs and palm trees. I can say none of them look any better than when service started. This last supposed service was 2 weeks ago and we have thriving, bright green dollar weed in our lawn, not to mention torpedo weed taking over.

Daniel arrived promptly on our appointment, assessed my lawn concerns thoroughly and explained what was needed. Since Paragon have only been at my place once, not sure what ratings i should give. I need to see the results and improvements on what was pitch and then will provide a very honest gradings.

This company does not show up to provide the services that you paid for and hired them to perform. Don’t believe them when they say that they can stop weeds if you live in an HOA and value your money, as you will be wasting your money with this company. When I called to cancel the service, the owner said “whatever”and attempted to hang up on me. They clearly do not value their customers or our hard earned dollars.

Not so great lawn, shrub, and tree care. Shrubs started dying. Was told they are getting touched or to little water. Also have a palm tree that is dying. The extra paid for the shrub and tree care was a waste of money. Lawn has spots of issues as well. When I terminated their service they didn't even off some type of financial restitution, they only said "sorry you had issues".

I would not recommend them.

I am very disappointed with both pest control and lawn services. They came 2 days ago for my lawn service and they are suppose to kill the weeds how they did the first time they came in May and clearly the weeds were not touched. I am canceling my services tomorrow.

UPDATE: canceled my service today. Something has gone wrong with this company i cannot get my lawn serviced after calling 3timesGreacustomer ser Highly recommend.

I had won a raffle for 6 months of pest service from Paragon Pest Solutions. I called and told them that I would not be utilizing their services for awhile and explained why. They were very polite and said no problem. I then called them 6 mo later to start service and they were rude and did not honor the certificate. The certificate had no expiration date.
