Massey Services Pest Control

For some 10 years, I’ve had great service from Massey on four properties but recently they hired a new person to do the treating and I’m not getting any oversight. The yards are not looking well and I can’t get anyone out to view and treat my properties two of the four properties have lots of weeds, even though I have been paying regular bills for years I have asked Flowers Landscaping to come out and view all four properties and give me a quote. We had a salesman show up and sell us on a "brand new" product for treating bed bugs, and assured us multiple times we would not have to leave the premises when we asked if it would be needed. When the technician showed up he informed us we were required to leave the house and couldn't return for 3-4 hours after he finished.. we paid over $600 for the treatment and now we have to cancel birthday party plans because we were lied to.
