Ecor Lawn Spray & Pest Control

I opted to pay more and go with ECOR expecting better results. Despite paying higher fees for more frequent treatments than offered by some competitors, I had large die offs in several areas of my lawn. I was told by the company that it was due to resistant chinch bugs. My neighbors had similar issues, but they pay less per month and have had their affected areas re-sodded at no charge as a courtesy from the company that does their lawn treatments. Why am I paying more for no difference in results, not to mention having to re-sod my grass out of my own pocket? I’m changing companies as a simple business decision.

I’ve had Ecor for a few years now, and I am very pleased with their service, my lawn looks great. No more chinch bugs or weeds. TJ the lawn service tech is a true professional and provides spot on lawn condition assessments and treatment. Many of my neighbors have switched to Ecor. Update: just not getting the same results as I used to. Canceled service

Chris, with ECOR has been super helpful with taking care of pests in our condo. We have had a problem with ants and roaches and each time Chris took care of it. He's been very thorough and is always responsive! Thank you, Chris!

I have used Ecor for years. Even though I paid them for pest, fertilizer and weed control my lawn is infested with crab grass. After calling the company they came out and said there is nothing they can do. It took them over a month to have the manager come to look at the lawn and again they said there was nothing they can do. Stay far away from this company, they take your money send inexperienced techs that know little about lawn care and when there’s a problem the only response is “we can’t do anything about the weeds.” I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life!!!!!

THE best. Moved in 2022 and the lawn was thrashed. Now , almost to 2024 and the lawn is great. TJ is amazing and goes above and beyond with his service. Highly recommend

Great customer service

Five Star Service! The supervisor, Rob, came out and evaluated my lawn, palm trees as well as shrubs. He is super knowledgeable and explained everything so we signed up. Chris Z knows his stuff w/pest control and has completely taken care of those annoying little buggers. Jason is my lawn spray tech and he has turned my lawn from drab and weedy to nice St Augustine that I can be proud of. Highly recommended!

Rob and TJ have both been great to work with. We had chinch bugs in our lawn and our hibiscus were infested with midges. They helped us work through both issues (even made extra visits to check) and now our yard and plants look great! Thank you both very much !

My lawn has never looked better!! TJ - Thank you for always being on time, professional - and taking a few minutes to discuss any concerns. Like many, mowing is no problem - but when it comes to pesticides and fertilizers - its best to let the professionals handle it. Ecor gets it done right. In the end the costs pretty much even out - not too mention the products available to the average consumer/homeowner are par at best. Thanks again Ecor team for doing a great job all the time.

We live in a community that contracts Ecor for weed control. On numerous occasions, we as a homeowner, have complained about the technicians using our property to access easement for weed control. They enter from our property and the never return to exit the easement area. The area they exit is easement that is connected to main road. In short, the technician does not want to do the right thing by exiting the subdivision and accessing the area designed by HOA. This has been on going for over 10 years. We have contacted Ecor numerous times to resolve this issue and it works for one time after the phone call, then reverts back to normal laziness of the technicians using the shortcut to complete the job .

Known owner since 1993 . He always had good old fashioned work ethics. Bought house had bugs. No bugs since. Techs are good and friendly

I definitely recommend them! Inhave never used pest control before, but just moved to Florida a met the infamous ant issue. I had made an appointment with Ecor after a recommendation from a family member. They could get me in in the next day or two for a quote which was perfect. THEN I woke up with ants IN MY BED at 3am biting me and my husband. I called first thing when they opened that morning and they were very compassionate and got someone to me within a few hours. I haven’t seen an any in my house since that day. I noticed some in the yard a few weeks later and called for them to come out. They very gently reminded me they only had treated the perimeter and not the yard, but they treated the yard FOR FREE at that moment since they were there and just said if I wanted it treated again, I would need to to pay for the separate yard treatment. I mean, really above and beyond customer service and taking time to explain things to me. We have never used pest control before and they didn’t freak out when I misunderstood what I had paid for.

Disappointed that my lawn is thin on the sides and front of my home. Not the lush green that I expected for the color when fertilized. Very good at lawn insect control. I expected with all of the money I've paid for the last couple of years that the lawn would be more appealing than it is.

Don't ever work here they lie and will waste your time or use there service

Manipulative in pricing. I've even talked to a technician, and he even says the owner renegs on bonus agreements. That's bad for morale. Hopefully, this doesn't lead to technicians doing less than adequate work. We shall see in due time.

Expensive n poor customer service

After 1 year of service, my lawn looks horrible. I have called and complained many times with no results. This time last year I had the best lawn on the block, now I have the worst. Cannot recommend.
