Guy never calls back. Used him 2x and it took multiple calls for him to return call. Wanting to use him again and he just doesn’t return calls.

If I could give less tan one star I would. I bought a house that had been under the care of Ant King for many years. He gave a false inspection! Even though it was under the bond, I could not trust him and hired Massey. The house was full of ants and roaches. I calld over and over for the ants. They kept saying "didn'y you get the card from my son in the door?" 2 times I heard that B.S. and ants growing in number. He was a liar and a cheat. I didn't want to go through the court process as it is exhausting. Beware of this guy.
