We just moved to this house and we called to see what services the previous owners had so that we may continue them since the house had the underground baits installed with this company. We come home to see them RIPPED OUT OF THE GROUND WITHOUT NOTICE and LEFT ON OUR FRONT YARD and the holes LEFT UNFILLED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. While the overall service was ok, I had an issue with an invoice. I paid for a years worth of service. At the end of the year I was not contacted to renew which was fine, we sold the house. But the technician came out and sprayed outside without calling, not sure what he did as the house and backyard was locked. I was charged $45. After calling and emailing the company about it and officially canceling the service, the bill was sent to a collection agency. So I have to pay $45 for service that w
