This company should have driver training. Whole 417 was stuck going 10 miles under speed limit, exactly the same speed as the cars in the right lane. Driver was on the phone. The driver was not only inconsiderate but also breaking Florida law. This lasted for over 5 minutes before I could get around. Do better

I've just received my first service this afternoon. Nolan quickly and effectively identified that it was not moles but gophers making my yard look like land mines. He also removed all the mud dauber wasp mounds from my two-story home. Excellent service and a good explanation after completion of it. FULLY RECOMMENDED.

Enrique was our technician! He was thorough, friendly, but also very quick! He listened to my concerns and i could immediately see a difference in the home already! All the bugs dead within less than 20 minutes and house was looking more beautiful — had to vacuum all the dead bugs later once they officially all died off lol. Also, the customer service is top notch, always looking to help and give solutions and never have any issues with calling over the phone, im glad I chose fenix! thank you again! 😊

The final Fenix Pest Control treatment for 2025 was performed at my residence on November 19th. Technician Michael Kaiser conducted a thorough inspection and product application around the perimeter and internal footprint of my home along with the perimeter of my outbuilding (She/He Shed) :) Michael also provided advice on keeping home sink drains cleaned to avoid gnats from repopulating. Very pleased with the overall Fenix Pest Control service and technician. Great Job!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ What a blessing! I must say, if you had a good experience with this company, you were truly lucky and blessed. Unfortunately, that was not my case. Here in the Orlando and Kissimmee area, I’ve heard many similar stories about Phoenix — and sadly, I only found out about them after I already had a signed contract in their hands. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Read the contract very carefully and watch out for the traps hidden in the fine print, especially if you ever want to cancel or feel unhappy with their service. The technician who came to my house was not a bad worker at all — he did his part. The problem is that the company itself seems to set traps not only for pests but for their customers as well. ⚠️ Be extremely cautious before signing anything!

Technicians over past two years have been great. BUT it is a HUGE hassle to cancel recurring service. Called so they would skip future appointment, and then had to email after pressure sales tactics on phone to keep service. I definitely am not going back for any future business.

This place is the biggest scam!!!! They told me I can cancel at anytime, Tech came out did half of my garage some of my yard so I call to cancel because my kid can do a better job! And she says well you signed a year contract!!!! Now I just paid over $400 for a very bad service!! Call a real professional place were they don’t steal your money!! This place don’t care check BBB and all there reviews, they just want money!

I rarely post, but this requires posting. I want to give as many people the oppportunity to inform custmers that do business with Fenix Pest control. That they will go into your banking institution without permission and deduct whatever amount they say you owe them. You might what to consider paying with cash if at all possible. I recommend NOT dealing with them at all.
