Caught their guy on my in house surveillance going through my belongings and yelling at my small dog, who was in her kennel. She was doing her job, barking over a stranger in the house. I wasn’t aware that the pest control company, that their job was to go inside people’s houses and go through their belongings and touch all their personal items and violate your privacy!

Don’t waste your time. You may as well just buy your own cockroach bait. First two visits were a sloppy 2-3 minute squirt at my baseboards which of course didn’t stop the rampant cockroach problem. Then I scheduled a fumigation. The guy who came the visit before said I could expect them to come at about the same time (2pm). The following week, they come at 12pm and tell me they never tell a customer when they’ll come because they’re not sure. Well I work from home and have pets so I am scrambling to clear out my cabinets so he has time for the spray. I kid you not. I was downstairs in my car working off my laptop and am not exaggerating when I say it took him all of 3min to fumigate. Maybe 5 if I’m generous.. not sure how that solves a cockroach problem? Well, it doesn’t. I worked the rest of the day at a cafe with my birds and came back to spend another 2hrs wiping down the apartment. And the cockroaches only come on harder. So I told the apartment complex about it and they said “it takes time.” A week later, the guy shows up for another fumigation. Well I’m totally not ready for one and wasn’t expecting one and say so. And he says sometimes it takes a few times to fumigate and then they’ll be back “next Monday.” Well this time I’ve finally spent the morning clearing out my cupboards and preparing my pets so we can get in and out at 12pm or whenever they decide to show up… and they don’t. It’s extremely unprofessional to assume that working professionals can just up and clear their entire apartment on a work day for you to maybe show up or not and spend 3min fumigating the apartment with whatever cheap products you’re using that leaves a sheen behind and requires us to clean up after your mess. And to do it again “a few more times”?! No thank you. I’ve had better luck using gel bait than the sloppy service I’ve received. Either don’t waste your time with this “elite” company and buy your own bait or go with another that has consistent good reviews.

They when to apartment with no autoirization with my two baby dogs that wasnt in the cage throught anticid all over my apartment didnt caretjat my cats and my dog was there leaving my doors unlocked and opened and they went to my rooms and bathroom and throught everything on the floor making a big mess , they never let me know they caming to my apartment I never giving permission and mess up $400 dollars foods they opened the cabinet a through anticid to my food and my dishers I call the company and the lady who answer the phone dindnt care.

They are hired with Los Altos Apartments and have been out like clock work every two weeks (like the technicians have suggested) for 6 months and my pest problem is still going strong. They have “treated” the entire building and fumigated. They use Advion roach bait gel which you can buy off Amazon.

Awful experience with the company and their workers , careless and rude not professional and disgusting attitude. They will not care about your pest issues and just try to keep coming to spray their water juice that does nothing just to keep saying they are helping the issue when it does nothing. They are a waste of time and don’t care about any of your belongings they will spray it right in your face and not care. Come inside and complete a spray job on a 2 story townhome within 4 minutes it’s all a scam don’t believe this place.

They definitely don't know how to get rid of German roaches. Seek someone else!
